Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
100 ml Gordon's Pink Gin (you can use any Pink Gin of your choice)
300 ml Lemonade
200 ml Prosecco
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
8 Strawberries cut into halves or quarters depending on size
2 large strawberries gently sliced halfway for garnishing
Instructions:
Fill two large gin size glasses with the ice. Add the pink gin and lemonade. Top up with the Prosecco, stir and add the strawberries. Garnish with the large strawberry and your Pink Lady's ready.
