For a tasty aperitif and a little treat before dinner, the Prosecco Royale cocktail with prosecco is the simple, yet classic cocktail just for you!! As far as cocktails go, this recipe is really rather pretty, especially with its pink colouring!! The blackcurrants in the Cassis make this quite a sweet tasting cocktail but it's delicious and with the high vitamin C in the blackcurrants makes it all the more appealing!!
Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
100ml Cassis
400ml chilled, very cold Prosecco
1/2 small punnett fresh raspberries
Instructions:
Put 50ml of the cassis in each prosecco flute. Carefully top up with the prosecco, pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon to prevent it muddling together with the cassis. Then top with a few fresh raspberries for decoration.
