A few days after chemotherapy ended, James told me we were going for lunch with our friends Chloe and Mark. Little did I know that James, my Mum and close friend Priscelle had organised a surprise "No More Chemo" surprise party at a local restaurant.
It was such a memorable, emotional afternoon. There were so many of our family and friends there. I felt so loved and supported, it was a wonderful way to mark the end of the chemo journey. James said a speech and it was so touching as he thanked everyone for their support. Our friends had pulled together to get us a family Merlin pass which was so thoughtful & something we'll make very good use of!
